Chocolate Pots
100g dark chocolate (70% minimum)
50ml strong coffee
2tbsp rum, brandy or spirit of your choice
200ml double cream
2tsp caster sugar
chocolate sprinkles or flake to decorate as wished
Makes 3 pots (in a ramekin or small coffee cup)
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl with the coffee and alcohol.
2. Gently bring the cream to boiling point with the sugar, stirring until it is dissovled.
3. Pour the cream over the chocolate mix and stir until the chocolate is fully melted and everything is smooth.
4. Allow to cool, before placing in the fridge to set.
5. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles, flake, cocoa powder or fruit as desired before serving.
