What am I going to cook tonight?

Salmon & Broccoli Pasta Bake

2 handfuls of pasta
1 large handful of peas
2/3 pack tenderstem broccoli
2 poached/baked salmon fillets (flaked)
1 pot half fat creme fraiche
1/2 handful breadcrumbs
100g grated cheese

Serves 2

1. Put the water on to boil

2. Put the pasta into the water for 3 minutes

3. Add the bottom half of broccoli together with the peas to the pasta for a further 2 minutes

4. Put the rest of the broccoli in with the pasta etc. for a further 3 minutes

5. Strain everything and return to the cooking pan

6. Mix in creme fraiche, 20g of the cheese and the salmon. Season to taste with salt & pepper

7. Pour into an ovenproof dish and top with mixed cheese and breadcrumbs

8. Put under a hot grill until golden on top
