Cream Cheese Icing
85g Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons soft margarine
2 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
1½ cups icing sugar
¼ mace
2 tablespoons soft margarine
2 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
1½ cups icing sugar
¼ mace
1. Put knife blade in food processor and soften cream cheese.
2. Add margarine and lemon juice, mix for 3-4 secs.
3. Add sugar and mace, process till smooth, about 15-20 secs.
