Cauliflower Cheese
Ingredients:
1 small fresh cauliflower
300ml cheese sauce
Makes a good size meal for one, or a side dish for 3 - 4
1. Heat the oven to 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
2. Break the cauliflower into it's florets and either boil or steam until just tender (about 13 mins in a steamer).
3. While the cauliflower is cooking, make the cheese sauce (go to the cheese sauce recipe).
4. When the cauliflower is just tender, drain it and put it in a shallow, ovenproof dish. Cover with the cheese sauce.
5. Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 mins until bubbling and golden on top.
6. Caution, you'll want to eat this the moment you see it come out of the oven. But be careful, it'll be very hot ... let it sit for at least 5 mins.
