Slow Cooker Beef Keema
450g minced beef or lamb
400g tin chopped tomatoes
½ tbsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp coriander
1 chopped onion
1 chopped clove garlic
½ red chilli, chopped
1 large potato, chopped
100g frozen peas
Salt & pepper to taste
Serves 4
1. Mix spices and chopped tomatoes together.
2. Add everything, except the frozen peas, to the slow cooker and stir well to mix together.
3. Cook on low in a slow cooker for 7½ hours.
4. Add the frozen peas and cook for a further 30 mins.
5. Serve with Nan or Pita bread.
