Easy Baked Chicken in Garlic Cream Sauce

4 Chicken breasts
2 Rashers of bacon
50g Mushrooms, sliced
1 Medium onion
2 Cloves garlic
300ml Elmlea Double, or double cream
1 Teaspoon basil
Seasoning
Serves 4
1. Melt butter in a casserole and stir in garlic, onion, bacon, mushrooms, basil, seasoning & chicken.
2. Cover & cook in over at 200° - 220°C for 15 minutes.
3. Pour cream over each chicken breast & cook for 1 hour at 180°C.
