Satay Style Stir Fry Sauce
1.5 tbsp cruncy peanut butter
1.5 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp
soy sauce
50ml water
Serves 2
1. Stir together peanut butter; sweet chilli sauce; soy sauce and water until well mixed and creamy.
2. When stir fry is ready, push stir fry ingredients to one side of your wok. Pour the sauce into the other side of the wok tipping it slightly and heat through the sauce.
3. When the sauce is hot, mix all the ingredients together.
4. Serve immediately. This is really nice with chopped spring onions; chopped nuts and chopped coriander served as a garnish
