Porridge
Ingredients:
4 heaped tablespoons rolled porridge oats
300ml skimmed milk
Brown sugar or honey to serve
Serves 2
1. Put porridge oats and milk in a glass jug and mix (make sure there is plenty of room for the porridge to expand!).
2. Cook in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes, checking and stirring every 30 secs (Warning - don't walk away and forget to check and stir, or you'll end up with something resembling wallpaper paste all over the inside of your microwave!).
3. Serve with brown sugar on top or a squeeze of honey.
