Healthy Baked Tortilla Chips

Soft tortilla wraps
Oil
Salt

 

 

 

1. Heat the oven to 200°C fan.

2. Line 2 baking trays with baking parchment and spray or brush lightly with oil.

3. Take 2 tortilla wraps and place one on top of the other. Spray or brush lightly with oil on each side.

4. Cut into tortilla chip shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.

5. Place in a single layer with a little room in between on the prepared baking trays.

6. Spinkle with salt and any other seasoning you might want to try.

7. Place in the pre-heated oven for 5 minutes.

8. After 5 minutes, swap the position of the trays.

9. Cook for another 2 minutes, watching like a hawk. They go from perfectly cooked to well done in a heartbeat!

10. Remove from the oven and let them cool and crisp up on the trays.

11. These keep really well in an airtight container ... but good luck with that ... they're very tasty.
