What am I going to cook tonight?

Ginger Lime Marinade

30ml soy sauce
Juice & grated zest of 1 lime
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh root ginger
1 clove garlic, finely minced
½ tbsp honey
½ tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander

Makes enough to marinate 2 chicken breast or salmon fillets

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a glass bowl or dish and marinade the meat or fish for 1-2 hours before griddling or grilling.
